2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup crisco
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl. Cut in crisco with pastry blender until mixture is uniform; it should be fairly coarse. sprinkle with water, a tablespoon at a time; toss with fork. Work dough into a firm ball with hands. divide into 2 balls and roll out.
For crust baked without filling: preheat oven to 425º, prick crust with fork, Bake for 10-15 mins or until browned.
