Italian sweet and hot sausage out of the casing
1/3 c Olive Oil
1 small onion chopped
1 1/2 c red wine
1 can crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan add olive oil,and sausage out of the casing cook and mash to crumble...Add chopped onion cook until onion is transparent...Add a can of crushed tomatoes then add the 1 1/2 cups of wine to sauce can, to get all the tomatoes out of the can...add salt and pepper to taste. Cook about 15 minutes...Add fresh basil.

Pour over cooked pasta add back to the pan and cook over a low heat about 5 minutes...Serve
