3-4 zucchini
Margarine
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese
1 pkg mascarpone cheese
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
A little bit of pepper
Barilla Fettucine
2 cubes beef bouillon (brand name Knorr)

Directions:
Peel and thinly slice the zucchini. Fry zucchini strips in margarine and sprinkle over them a breeze of sugar. Keep zucchini strips warm in oven at lowest temperature.

For sauce mix gorgonzola, mascarpone, whipping cream and pepper over medium heat until slightly thickened.

Spaghetti: Bring water to boil, add 2 cubes beef bouillon. Add spaghettis and cook until al dente. Best spaghettis brand name is Barilla Fettucine.
