Notes: This recipe comes from Dad's brother, our Uncle Rick. The first time I cooked this recipe in college I used a shallow baking dish, which led to a small catastrophe in the kitchen. The butter overflowed the dish and started all these small grease fires in the oven. I scrambled to open the windows and doors and get the smoke out of the house before the fire alarm went off. Fortunately, no lasting harm was done, and even the salmon turned out okay!
