Filet Mignon
1/2 c. Vermouth
1/2 c. Beef bouillon
Olive oil to coat steak
Arrowroot
Cracked pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat filets with olive oil.
Add cracked pepper to both sides of filet.
Put filets in skillet/w butter. Cook 5-6 minutes per side on medium heat.
Remove steaks (keep warm).
Add 1/2 c. Vermouth, 1/2 c. bouillon to pan. Reduce.
Mix arrowroot and cold water to make paste. Add slowly to mixture in pan to thicken.
Return steaks to pan and cook just enough to warm 5-7 minutes.
