6 Slices of Ezekiel Sprouted Grain or Gluten Free Bread
Turkey or Chicken Liver chopped fine
1/2 C Butter or Margarine
1 Onion chopped
Inner Celery Stalks chopped to make 1 C
1 soft Apple cored and cubed
3 tsp Sage
2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Marjoram
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Melt margarine in large cast iron skillet or Dutch Oven. Brown liver in skillet of margarine. Break up bread into cubes sprinkling slices with water before hand if they are too tuff to tear into cubes. Add bread and remaining ingredients and seasonings to skillet. Scrape off bottom and mix while browning. if it sticks add 1 T more of margarine. Loosely pack into turkey cavity or heat in oven covered if you like it soft or uncovered if you like it dry.
