4 lbs.regular hamburger
3/4 tsp.garlic powder
1/4 tsp.onion powder
2tybsps.mustard seed
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp.pepper
2 tbsps liquid smoke
1/4 cup MortonsTender Quick salt(use only this kind of ssalt)

Directions:
Mix spices and liquid smoke in 1/2 c. water, add to the regular hamburger and mix really well. Divide into 4 sausage rolls and wrap into tin foil and let cure in fridge for two days. Remove foil, place on broiler pan and cook @ 225º for four hrs, turn every 1/2 hour while baking. Slice and eat. Freeze for later serving.
