2 lbs. lean hamburger
2 T. Morton's Tender Quick
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. water
3/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into 3 long rolls. Wrap in Saran Wrap and lay on cookie sheet. Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove Saran Wrap and bake on cookie sheet at 300º-325º for 50 minutes. Chill. Serve cold with crackers.
