3 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated carrots
1 small crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon. In large bowl mix oil and sugar. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add eggs one a time, beat until blended after each addition. Last mix in carrots, pineapple and nuts.

Pour into 9 x 13 pan
Bake 325 degrees until done
