1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1 onion, sliced
1 can tomatoes
1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, flour, egg, and milk. Shape into a loaf. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours). Brown loaf on all sides in an electric skillet. Arrange sliced onions over loaf. Add tomatoes and ketchup. Simmer slowly for 3 hours. Baste often.
