1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, sliced thin, place cream cheese in freezer for 30 minutes for easier slicing
1-1/2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained (use almost 2)
1 red onion, diced
1 8 oz pkg. pepper jack cheese, grated
1 8 oz jar raspberry salsa (from Fresh Market or Arthur’s)

Directions:

Coat a 7x11 baking dish with cooking spray. . Add ingredients in layers – first beans, then onions, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, and salsa. Do not alter the order of the layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
