2 cans (5oz) White&Dark Chicken in water
3 tbsp Pace Picante Sauce
1 1/2 inch slice of Velveeta Cheese
1 1/2 tsp Chili Pepper
4 Flour Tortillas
8 oz Shredded Mexi Cheese
1/3 cup chopped Onion

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan warm/melt chicken, picante, cheese, and chili pepper.

Lay out tortillas on cookie sheet, folded in half. Inside each tortilla, assemble as follows:
Handful of shredded cheese on half of each tortilla;
Sprinkle chopped onion over cheese;
Spoon/smooth chicken mix onto each half;
Cover with another handful of shredded cheese;
Close tortilla top half.

Heat in oven at 400º just a few minutes each side. If using broiler to crisp, watch very carefully to keep from burning.
