1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Place roast in drip pan. Mix mustard, honey, worcestershire, salt, and pepper together. Baste roast with mixture. Then, starting on one end of roast, layer bacon long ways until roast is completely covered. If bacon is not thickly sliced, use two pieces at a time when layering. Tie with thread to hold bacon on. Bake at 350º for about 30 to 40 minutes until roast is cooked through.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Make sure that the bacon covers the entire roast because it will help hold the honey mustard mixture in.
