8oz med egg noodles
1 lb ground beef
i clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup ketchup
1 cup tomato sauce
1tsp Italian seasoning
8 oz pkg cream cheese
8 oz small curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp minced onion
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions. In heavy 10' skillet brown ground beef with garlic & oregano. Drain Stir in ketchup, tomato sauce & seasoning. In large bowl combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, green pepper, minced onion; blend well. Place half of noodles in 13x9x2 baking dish. Spread on cheese mixture & top with remaining noodles. Pour melted butter over noodles and cover with meat mixture. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until it begins to bubble at edges. Sprinkle cheese on top & bake 10 minutes more. Ta Da!
