Ingredients:  
4 oz. bacon
˝ cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
˝ cup diced carrots
8 oz sliced mushrooms
3 large potatos - cubed
2 14 oz chicken broth
2 cream mushroom soup
2 golden mushroom soup
2 pinches or oregano
1 tsp. paprika
3 tblsp parsley
2 good shakes of Johnny Walker Red (equivalent Scotch )
2 good shakes of tabasco Sauce
1-2 Boiled Pheasants- diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Thin with half and half or milk
Other Options:
Add some garlic during sauté step
Add Wild Rice
Works for Chicken also

Brown bacon until crisp.Sauté onions and mushrooms in the same pan until done. Combine all ingredients and simmer 40 to 45 minutes
