Cake.
1/3 C plain self rising flour.
2/3 C sugar.
2 tsp baking powder.
2/3 c pine apple and cherry juice.
1 egg.
1 tsp vanilla.


Pine Apple Topping:

2 T. Butter.
1/3 C. brown sugar.
1 T. Pine apple juice.
1 Can pine apple slices.
1 Jar cherries.
Directions:
Directions:
In Small pyrex pan, sprayed with pam, layer pine apples and cherries.
Mix butter, brown sugar pine apple juice, in boiler, until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Pour over pine apples and cherries. Pour cake mixture over the top of this, and bake for 35 mins @ 350º.
