2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
1-2 cloves crushed garlic
2/3 cups sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbs. chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cucumber, garlic, sour cream and yogurt until smooth
- add tbs. dill and sald and pepper
-mix and chill briefly
-place 1 tbs. of chopped walnuts in each of four chilled bowls
-pour in soup
-garnish with chopped walnuts and sprinkle with dill
