24 bite size new potatoes, scrubbed.
1 pk. soft garlic herb cheese.
1/2 stick butter.
1/3 c. whipping cream.
Salt/Pepper
Chopped Parsley.
Crumbled bacon crumbs for garnish.
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes. Cut potatoes in 1/2, and spoon out center of potatoes. Mix potato filling, with butter, cream cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture back into potato halves, garnish with bacon bits, and return to oven and bake @ 350º for 15 mins.
