1 c. olive oil
1 lb. butter
2 large white onions
garlic
3 bay leaves
1 lb. bacon
Duck
4 c. water
1 large can tomatoes
2 cans mushrooms
2 jiggers good sherry wine
2 T. worcestershire
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put olive oil and butter in dutch oven and bring to boil. Cut up 2 large white onions and garlic pods and 3 bay leaves. Fry 1 lb. bacon. Pour bacon grease into pot with olive oil and buttter, and add onions, garlic and bay leaf. Brown some and take out. Put 4 ducks in oil after adding 4 cups water. Cook slowly with lid on. After ducks are cooked, take out. Put onions, garlic, bay leaf and a lb. of fried bacon back into dutch oven. Add one large white cut up onion, 1 large can tomatoes, 2 cans mushrooms, 2 jiggers, sherry wine, 2 T. worcestershire, black pepper, and cook slowly for 2 hours. Cook down low. Cook large amount of spaghetti and serve with romano cheese.
