24 muffin cups paper liner (large)
vanilla wafers (usually found in the cookie section)
1 cup of sugar
4 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º . Mix sugar, cream cheese, eggs, & lemon juice till smooth. In the muffin pan put a paper liner with a vanilla wafer in the bottom (flat side down). Spoon mix over the wafer's till 3/4 full. Can top with half a maraschino cherry if desired. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.
