16 slices white bread (crusts removed)
Slices of back bacon or ham
Slices of sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 to 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
3 c. milk
dash of tabasco sauce
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Crushed corn flakes or special k cereal

Directions:
Directions:
In 9x13" glass baking dish, put 8 slices bread. Add enough to make sure bottom of dish is completely covered. Cover bread with bacon or ham, layer cheese, cover with slices of bread to make like a sandwich. In bowl beat eggs, salt and pepper; add dry mustard, onion, green pepper, worcestershire sauce, milk and tabasco. Mix well and pour over bread. Cover and let stand in fridge overnight.

In the morning, melt butter and pour over. Cover with crushed cereal.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350º. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
