1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts
*1 tsp chili powder
*1/2 tsp cumin
*1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
*1 tsp salt
*1/2 tsp cayenne
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup mayo
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. diced green chiles
1 jalapeño pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water with (*) ingredients.
Cool chicken and shred and place in medium bowl.
Mix in cream cheese, mayo, cheddar cheese, green chiles and jalapeño.
Transfer to medium baking dish and bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes. Served with crackers.

***For spicier version add 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin and 1 tsp red pepper flakes to chicken mixture.

Pick the grumpiest person to shred the chicken...it's a great stress reliever and goes much faster : )

Use snowflakes crackers in winter! It's more festive!
