5 c. sugar
7 c. water
7 oranges - juiced = 2-1/3 c. juice
7 lemons - juiced = 1 c. lemon juice
7 bananas mashed

Mix together and put in freezer. When mushy, whip with mixer and re-freeze. You can put in undivided molds, etc. Or you can put in one large deep pan.
