3 lb. shrimp (peeled)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. black pepper
1 T. parsley flakes
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 c. real butter

Directions:

Mix together and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Cook 12 oz. pasta and toss with 8 oz. velveeta cheese cut into cubes. Add baked shrimp and place in casserole. heat.

Freezes well.
