1 lb. cooked shrimp
2 T. melted real butter
3 T. flour
1-1/2 c. real cream
3 T. catsup
1 T. Worcestershire
Salt
Paprika
Cayenne
1/4 c. dry sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Undercook shrimp and set aside. Make cream sauce. When thickened stir in catsup and Worcestershire. Add shrimp and seasonings - sherry last. May be kept warm a little while in double broiler but you don't want to toughen the shrimp.

Serve over rice or in patty shells.

*A combination of crabmeat or lobster and shrimp is also good.
