1 3/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. cornmeal (Quaker)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, milk and butter.

Bake in a lightly greased 9x9 pan at 350º for 35-40 min.

Mom (Alison) doubles the recipe and uses two pans or pie plates, rather than getting a doughy center with one large pan.
