1 lb. bacon (thinly sliced, cut in 1/4 pieces)
1 C. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each strip of bacon into four pieces. Dredge bacon on both sides with brown sugar. Place closely in jelly roll pan. Bake @ 375º for 15-20 minutes. Watch very carefully as they BURN easily. Remove individual pieces as they become crisp and place on brown paper sack to cool. The pieces will stiffen as they cool.
