Chicken pieces
(I like to use chicken tenders that you buy from Costco)
1 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
6 eggs
Louisiana Hot Sauce or hot chicken wing sauce
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add about 1 cup of hot sauce to mixture
add chicken to egg mixture and let marinate for about 1 hour
salt and pepper flour to taste
Heat oil to 375 degrees
Dredge chicken with flour
Carefully put chicken in hot oil (if the oil is not at least 375 degrees, chicken comes out greasy
Fry chicken until cooked through
Drain on paper towel or paper bag

This is another good FoodNetwork recipe that is easy and if you dredge the flour really good on the chicken, it comes out really flakey just like Kentucky Fried Chicken
