2 filets of orange rouge
1/2 stick butter
Zatarain Creole Seasoning (can be found at the grocery store)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Spray bottom of flat baking dish with olive oil non-stick spray.
Melt 1/4 stick butter in dish.
Lay filets in pan and put slices of butter on fish.
Season with Zatarain Creole seasoning and cover with foil.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until filet flakes with a fork.
