Hot Italian Sausage – 2 (easier to dice if semi frozen)

Small Onion - 1

Garlic – 1 clove

Butter – 2 tablespoons

Tomato Paste – 1 small can

White Wine – ½ cup

Diced Tomatoes – 1 can (28oz)

Whipping Cream – ¾ cup

Rigatoni Noodles – 4 cups

Dice onion and sausage

- In large large skillet, melt butter and gently fry sausage, onion, and garlic, till
brown.

- Add wine, tomato paste, and tomatoes.

- Increase heat and simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.

- Add whipping cream and continue simmering until slightly thickened.

- Meanwhile cooking pasta until el dente,drain and keep in a warm serving bowl.

- Will serve six to eight people, depending on whether you serve salad and bread
