Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup chicken stock or broth
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of frozen orange juice, thawed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan, melt the butter and brown the chicken on both sides. Remove chicken and set aside, but not outside, just aside, we still like the chicken, we're not mad at it. Mix together in the pan the chicken stock, honey, frozen orange juice, and lemon juice, then blend in the corn starch and bring to a boil. stirring as it thickens. Remember, we're not boiling mad, it's the liquid we want to bring to a boil. Return the chicken to the frying pan until it's cooked through, about 5 minutes. I added a can of mushrooms but you can add fresh if you have them and they aren't all soft and squishy. Serve while hot.
