1 package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of salsa, whatever strength you like (I just like mild, so when I visit, remember that)
1 cup of shredded cheese
Nacho chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a round pie plate, spread the softened cream cheese to cover the bottom of the plate. Top with the salsa and then the grated cheese. Dip the nacho chips in the mixture and eat with loud crunching.

Jessica, as you know, this is one of our family's favourite appetizers. It's easy to make, bonus!, and is tasty. As it has dairy (cream cheese, shredded cheese), it also has calcium, one of our recommended dietary supplements, and then the salsa gives us another supplement in that it is made of tomatoes and tomatoes are a vegetable - second bonus!
