Ingredients: 1 package of PC frozen swedish meatballs (these are the best, forget the Italian or any other flavour) 1 plastic bottle of PC plum sauce 1 small can of pineapple, optional 1 slow cooker

Directions: |
Directions:Plug in the slow cooker on low if you have all day or on high if you have 3 hours. (hee hee) Place the frozen package of meatballs in the slow cooker, cover with the plum sauce and add the pineapple if you want to dream that you are in Hawaii. If you add the pineapple, you must do the hula dance for 5 minutes. Put the lid back on the slow cooker. The meatballs heat up on low in about 4 hours but can be left all day safely, and they heat up on high in about 2-3 hours. You can also cook only half the package of meatballs if there is just you and Blake, using half the bottle of plum sauce, which comes in a plastic bottle that looks like a ketchup bottle but is really plum sauce. Put the meatballs on rice or noodles, they are easy and very tasty. |

Notes: Jessica, I can't count the number of times that I've been asked for this recipe and I'm always ashamed when I have to tell people that I didn't slave for hours making the meatballs, they are frozen. Mmmmmm, good. love Aunt Judy xo
