Giradalli Choc. 12 oz. bag, 1 lb. marshmallows, 1 C. cocoa butter (shaved)* buy at Candy's Shop on El Camino Rl, S.C.
8x8x2 Pyrex dish - Microwave choc. & butter(shaved)* together for 2 min. check after 1 min. do not stir: Just check, then continue 2 min. longer; stir. Add choc. then add marshmallow (Optional nuts, or pecans- 1/2 C.)

Turn mixture into another 8x8x2 pan - lined with 2 layers of Reynolds foil. Refrigerate overnite. Next day turn out of dish to wrap with foil. Cut into 3" pcs. squares.
