1 1/2 -2 lbs of Stew Meat or Sirloin cut into cubes
32 oz of Gluten Free Beef Broth
1 Large Onion chopped
2 Cloves Garlic minced
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

2-3 Potatoes washed and cut into 1 inch cubes
4 large carrots sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 stalks Celery sliced
1/4 C Sweet Rice Flour or Cornstarch
3/4 C Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil in heavy pot or Dutch oven, half at a time. Combine browned meat, broth, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper in heavy pot with lid or Dutch Oven. Simmer 2-4 hours. Add potatoes, carrots and celery. Cover and simmer about 60 mins until tender. Combine Sweet Rice flour or cornstarch with 3/4C water. Stir into stew. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbling.

Any time a recipe uses Beef or Chicken Broth you can substitute Better Than Bouillon, or gluten free cubes, and water for already reconstituted broth.
