1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 bag chocolate chips
8 c. Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter, and chocolate. Pour over cereal. Put mixture in paper bag with powdered sugar; shake well.
