8 potatoes
1 pkg powdered Italian seasoning dressing
1 pt sour cream
8 oz cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes with jackets on. Peel as soon as possible. Mash up. Add sour cream and cheese. Save a little cheese to put on top. Add the Italian seasoning. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
