1 bag of whole cranberries
2 seedless oranges
1 apple, cored but unpeeled
1 cup of celery
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 box raspberry flavor gelatin dessert
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Force cranberries, oranges, apples, and celery through food chopper. Mix with 1/2 to 1 cup sugar and let stand 1 hour.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup very hot water. Chill until slightly thickened. Then add fruit mixture and nuts. (Juice from fruit will make up extra liquid needed.)

Pour into 8 inch square pan or gelatin mold and chill until firm.
