18-12 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
1/4 c. applesauce
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, undrained
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3.4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
15 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple

Combine first 4 ingredients together; mix well. Pour batter into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center removes clean; set aside to cool completely. Blend remaining ingredients together. Spread over cake. Refrigerate until serving.
