3 very ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup of oil
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts(optional)
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking-soda
1/4 tsp. salt
A bit of butter /or/ Pam to grease the pan with.

Preheat oven to 350º
* You WILL NEED: Large Fork, Large wooden spoon, Spatula, 1 loaf pan, 2 mixing bowls, A set of Measuring Spoons , 1 Liquid measuring cup, 1 Dry Measuring cup and Oven mitts.

*Spray your Loaf pan /or/ butter it and coat with a fine coat of flour- set aside. In a small bowl mash-up the 3 Bananas . In the Medium to Large Bowl combine the sugar, oil and egg mix it until it is a light yellow and a creamy consistency. Blend in the mashed Bananas and the nuts if your using nuts. Add Flour , Baking Soda , and salt; with the large spoon stir until smooth , all flour is mixed in and there are NO lumps. Pour Batter into the loaf pan , Bake for 1 hour.
*Cool for 10 - 15 minutes and serve.
