2 lbs pork bones or pork steaks cut up
Salt and pepper
2 cups rice
4 cups water
1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pork in 4 cups of water add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until tender then add rice and soup if preferred. If it seems that some water has evaporated during cooking you may need to add a little more at this point. Cover and cook until rice is done, about 20 minutes.
