Stuffed Pistollette Rolls Recipe

2 pkgs Pistollette Rolls
1 lb ground meat
1 pkg frozen or fresh broccoli
¾ lb Velveeta cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
½ tsp Creole season (like Tony’s)
Dash of garlic powder
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut at an angle the end of each roll. Cut out inside of roll, cut out bread in the top you cut off and save top. Sauté ground meat, onion, creole seasoning and a dash of garlic powder. Cook until meat is done. Drain off all liquid. Cook broccoli until tender. Drain well. Add cheese, (can use hot Velveeta) stirring until cheese is melted. Add to meat mixture and mix well. With teaspoon fill each roll with mixture. Replace cap end. Dip in melted garlic butter completely covering roll. Bake at 350 degrees.

I will never forget the first time we took our show to Louisiana. Tucker was in "Hog Heaven"...from the crawfish to the pistollette's, he couldn't decide which ones he loved the most :)
