1 fryer, cut up
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic salt
1 stick (½ cup) butter
1/3 cup of flour
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup corn flakes crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken, drain and pat dry. Mix together corn flakes, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Roll chicken in mixture. Melt butter in baking dish. Place pieces with skin side down in melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

You know, there are things as a child you can remember and it's just like you are there again. I can close my eyes and smell and taste this chicken just like it was in front of me. Delicious!
