Prepare white cake mix to box
instead of oil use same amount of apple sauce

Seven Minute Icing

5 Tbsp water
2 egg whites
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
¼ tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg of coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in double boiler over high heat beating all ingredients together until they peak. About seven minutes, Spread icing on cake and in between layers adding coconut between layer then on the sides and finally on top. Make sure to make your cake on a platter larger than diameter of cake so you have room for coconut to fall.

This cake can also be made into a Snowball cake by simply preparing a devil’s food chocolate cake mix instead of a white cake mix. Yum, yum….don’t forget to add apple sauce instead of oil. You can do the same thing with your brownies and it’s even healthier for you.
