4 pkgs stew meat
1 pkg pork ribs
6 lbs chili meat
1 lb bacon, chopped
2 cans of hot chili peppers
3 bell peppers, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
1 can tomato paste
3 cans stewed tomatoes
Ranch style beans
Black pepper
Salt
Chili powder
Garlic
Cayenne pepper
Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add stew meat, pork ribs, chili meat and chopped bacon. Add water and cook until pork falls from bones and stew meat is tender. Remove bones. Add seasoning to taste and remaining ingredients, except beans and cook about 2 hours on low fire. Add beans the last 20 minutes of cooking. Serve with crackers or over rice.

When I was growing up, my mom looked forward to the weekends because it meant time on a horse. She still has a passion for horses. Some of her best memories were on the back of a horse on a trail ride.
