4 lbs. pork (cut in squares; make slits in meat with knife to marinate thoroughly)
2 pkgs. Noh's char siu sauce mix
3 T. honey
1 tsp. garlic (minced)
1/2 C. water
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork with salt and place in a zip lock bag. Make sauce and pour over pork. Close bag and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 2 days, turning once each day.

Bake on foil lined pan with rack, put about 1/2 inch water in bottom of rack. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or until pork is done. Turn once.
