2 lbs. frozen chicken wings
corn starch for coating

Sauce:

2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 T. shoyu
2 T. sake
1 slice ginger, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut off wings tips. Push meat toward center joint from both ends. Twist off the two bones on wing tip end.

2. Combine sauce ingredients. Marinate chicken for two hours.

3. Coat with corn starch.

4. Deep fat fry until golden brown.
