1 lb. pork sausage (mild or hot)
1 lb. bacon
1 block margarine
2 large onions (chopped)
4-5 stalks celery (chopped)
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
1 large can cream corn
1 c. turkey giblets cooked in water until done, save liquid or use chicken broth for mixture. chop giblets.
dash of shoyu.
2 pkgs. stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork sausage and bacon until browned, add margarine, onions, celery and chestnuts. Cook and then add all other ingredients. If more moisture is needed, use chicken broth.

Put in pan or casserole and bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes, covered with foil.
