Assorted fresh melons cut into balls
11/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
2 cups vegetable oil
2 T celery seed
red food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix sugar, salt, dry mustard and half of the wine vinegar. Beat well with hand mixer.
Slowly add remaining vinegar, then gradually add oil. Stir in celery seed. Add food coloring a drop at a time if desired.
Drizzle over fruit.
