American cheese 1c
Butter 1 Lump
Eggs 2 ea.
Milk 1c.
Soft bread crumbs 1c.
(remove crust)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in milk for 15 min. Add slightly beaten eggs.
Melt cheese and butter together, then add bread, milkand egg mixture. Season to taste. Serve warm on crackers of your choice.
